Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be obsessed with your look, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all Bratz tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure your refund is processed correctly.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it clearly onto the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund has been issued.
